Akshay Kumar will endorse LG's TV

Bollywood star Akshay Kumar has been chosen to endorse LG Electronics' Flat Panel Displays (FPDs) because the company feels he represents the brand very well.

Supporting his brand Akshay also comments,"My wife and I are crazy about watching movies at home and the LG LED TVs gives cinematic pleasure at home. Their LED TV is so clear that it gives a real image. It's classy."

Dia Mirza finds a father

Dia Mirza lost her father at a small age. And now she has found one in Boman Irani. Both the actors have worked together in the past and while shooting for Hum Tum Aur Ghost,
Dia asked Boman to give her away whenever she gets married.
An emotional Boman, who also shares a special bond with Dia immediately agreed.

Farhan Akhtar's Anniversary

Filmmaker & actor Farhan Akhtar and his celebrity hairstylist wife Adhuna, recently celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary in Dubai.



Farhan had gone there for the premiere of his film Karthik Calling Karthik, but then the actor thought there was no harm in mixing business with pleasure, so he flew his wife there too.
When asked what he gifted his wife, he smiled and said, “I told her to shop as much as she wants"
He spent an entire day shopping with his wife and helping her choose stuff...

Ranbir wants Deepika back?

If rumors are to be believed then, Ranbir Kapoor has been sms-ing Deepika from the US where he's shooting, saying that he wants her back in his life.



A friend of Deepika says her dignity refrains her from talking about her past, there's a distinct possibility of they getting back together.
She adds it was Ranbir who told Deepika that the relationship was off. She accepted this truth and moved on keeping all her pain to herself. But the minute Ranbir heard about rumours linking her to Shahid Kapoor, he started messaging Deepika and their mutual friends, asking if the rumours were true.

Kangana Ranuat gets 5 crore for a film

Pooja Kashyap (COO, Maverick Productions) confirmed that Kangana Ranaut has indeed been paid Rs 5 crore for her film. “Kangana is a great actress. She adds a lot of value to a film. What we have paid her is fully justified,” said Pooja.



The film stars former Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan’s son Chirag as a debutant. Kangana plays the lead role in the movie which is basically a love story.
It seems Kangana has finally understood her true worth and with her current fee demand for signing a film she has put herself among the top actresses of the industry, who get what they demand for!

Shah Rukh Khan to host Filmfare Awards this year

Bollywood’s biggest stars will get together at Yash Raj studios in Mumbai on Saturday 27th Feb only to be a part of the 55th Idea Filmfare Awards 2009.

The Mega Event will be hosted by none other than SRK accompanied by Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif.
