From Slumdog to a Pakistani Child Laborer...
Ayush Khedekar will next be seen in 'CARPET BOY'


Giles Nuttgen, the cinematographer of Deepa Mehta's Fire, Earth and Water trilogy, is the director of Carpet Boy, which is based on the true life story of a Pakistani boy Iqbal Masih who worked as bonded laborer from the age of four till he gets rescued five years later.
Farrukh Dhondy, who wrote Bandit Queen and The Rising, has written Carpet Boy's screenplay in English and Urdu.

Besides this, Ayush is playing leading man in Swiss film “Shyam’s Secret”.
Set in India, it is the story of an eight-year-old European girl and her friendship with an enigmatic Indian boy Shyam.
Also known as “Le secret de Shyam”, it will be made in French and English.
