Mithun had appeared in a comedy flick 20 years back as Krishnan Iyer MA in 'Agneepath' and now its Golmaal 3 where Mithun will try his Comic skills!
Director Rohit Shetty confirms, “Paresh had told us that he won’t be able to do the film because of date issues while we were still writing the script. That’s when we thought of Mithunda. I think he is a fantastic actor and did some superb comedy in Agneepath. It is a surprise that people don’t use him in comedy. We met him, narrated the script and he was on. It was as simple as that. These days it’s easier to sign veteran and legendary actors than some newcomers"
